Stacke is also a leading manufacturer offering project planning and the performance of construction measures for strongrooms cast in situ.

In contrast to safes in modular design consisting of industrially prefabricated wall panels, this massive safe is built according to the division of labour principle.

Stacke is the responsible project planner and manufacturer of the security reinforcement; a building contractor installs the reinforcement on site and conventionally builds the room using mass concrete. In order to satisfy the high security demands on the quality of the concrete, Stacke provides detailed instructions on how the concrete shall be produced, processed and subsequently treated which ensures the specified quality level in compliance with the latest rules of application according to DIN. The building contractor must furnish proof of the required quality – by means of the concrete mix formulation, an approval test, concrete tests and the surveillance report of a recognized monitoring body.

The design and construction of the elements as well as the know-how of their economical installation are based on the research and development results systematically compiled and improved by Stacke since 1980. In 1981, these solutions were honoured with a patent – ideas which are applicable to modern, present-day solutions as well.

  • · The Stacke security concept covers the resistance grades CEN VIII-XIII (CD); the supplement “CD“ certifies tested resistance to crown drills, the supplement “EX“ certifies tested security against an attack with explosives, both in accordance with the requirements of EN 1143-1.
